Reading: Rudin Chapter 1 (Appendix not required reading), and Chapter 2 through Theorem 2.14.

• Rudin Chapter 1: Ordered Sets, Fields, The Real Field, The Extended Real Number System, The Complex Field, Euclidean Spaces (pgs. 3–17).
• Rudin Chapter 2: Finite, Countable and Uncountable Sets (pgs. 24–30)

Associated Lectures: Countability. Also, refresh your understanding of proof by induction, available in Module 1.
